12 to 18 months is a good time so you can enjoy the process, dresses can take 6 months to arrive in the boutique and then you need to allow 8 to 10 weeks for seamstress alterations. If you have less than six months, don't worry! We can work with certain designers and styles to get your dress much faster. Let us know if you're on a tight schedule, and we'll do everything we can to assist.

We understand you probably haven’t picked out your exact underwear or shoes before choosing your dress, so no need to bring them. However, we do suggest bringing nude underwear (don’t worry about bras, as they’ll usually come off!) and a pair of heels if you plan on wearing them on your big day—it’ll help you see how the outfits fall. Otherwise, just bring yourselves and your chosen party of friends or family to help find the perfect outfit.

We suggest bringing no more than four people with you. While it's great to get input from family and friends, too many opinions can become overwhelming. Ultimately, your opinion is the one that truly counts!
